Memorandum
Der „Agrimare“-Bauernhof befindet sich direkt am Meer in einem ca. 30 ha weiten zitruszüchtenden Betrieb in Pizzo (Vibo Valentia). Auf dem Strand steht ein breiter sonnenschutzender Reetdachverschlag unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Es gibt verschiedene Unterkunftsoptionen: Villen oder Ferienhäuser à 1; 3 oder 4 Zimmern und Privatbad. Die Villen verfügen über eine völlig eingerichtete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, Fernsehen, einen Patio und einen Garten. Die Ferienhäuser verfügen über eine Kochnische, Fernsehen, einen Patio und einen Garten. Den Gästen stehen Barbecueanlagen, einen Holzofen, Tischtennisanlagen, einen Spielplatz für Kinder, ein Restaurant, beschattete Parkplätze, Fahrräder und Strandausstattung zur Verfügung. Man kann eine ganze Villa oder ein ganzes Ferienhaus (inkl. Benutzung von Strom und Wasser sowie Endreinigung) mieten oder der B&B-Bewirtung oder der Halbpension (beider mit täglicher Zimmerputz) nutznießen. Die Wäsche wird wöchentlich gewechselt. Die Preise ändern sich nach Saison, Unterkunftsoption und Bewirtung. Das Restaurant serviert Gerichte aus der gutbürgerlichen Küche. Das Brot wird uns ofenfrisch jeden Morgen um 8.00 Uhr geliefert. Obst und Gemüse werden im eigenen kleinen Gemüsegarten bebaut oder beim lokalen Markt gekauft. Supermarkt, Bank, Apotheke, rund um die Uhr verfügbares Gesundheitswesen usw. sind 6 km weit entfernt in Pizzo vorhanden. Der Bahnhof und der Flughafen (Lamezia Terme) sind 20 km weit entfernt und mit dem Taxi erreichbar. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Gegend: alte Dörfer in innerem Kalabrien, den Park der Sila und den Appennin, die Küste von Tropea und Capo Vaticano, das Tierreservat (WWF) der Angitolasee, Ausflüge nach den Liparischen Inseln (Stromboli, Lipari, Panarea, Vulcano). How to reach Agriturismo “Agrimare” starting from the Autostrada A3-E45 (North-South motorway), exit PIZZO
GPS coordinates: 38°46’41” Nord, 16°12’24” Est
- Motorway A3-E45 Salerno-Reggio Calabria, exit Pizzo
- Turn left, direction Lamezia Terme -Salerno on S.S. 18
- At about 250 m, passing below the motorway bridge, the road bends to the right
- At the middle of the bend there’s a narrow way on the left with a signal indicating "Colamaio".
BEWARE—DANGER: there’s a "no-crossing-stripe " in the middle of the road: follow on for some 70 m up to a petrol station (Q8) and then U turn and reach the narrow way (now on your right)
- Taking this road, after 100 m on the left there’s the entrance of the Agriturismo (signal indicating Agrimare)
- Ring the bell or call the phone numbers 0963 534 880 o 331 25 60 078 shown at the gate
