Nice and comfortable apartment situated in central position “Appio Latino” and very well connected. Less than 100 meters from the metro station of Furio Camillo Metro A (orange one) and about 400 meters from the railways station Roma Tuscolana in order to reach the main airport of Rome (Leonardo da Vinci’s airport at Fiumicino and G.B. Pastine’s airport at Ciampino) in less than an hour, as well as, to the Termini railways station in about 10 minutes. The “Appio Latino” is a central district of Rome full of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, “pizzeria” and excellent ice cream parlors. You can also walk to the historical monuments such as the San Giovanni in Laterano Church , the park of “Appia Antica”, Santa Croce in Gerusalemme Church , Catacombs of San Callisto and the Colosseum. The flat located at the fourth (4) floor with lift, is about 60sqm meters brightly and cosy equipped with all necessary and comfort (air conditioned & heating, fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, tv, phone and linen and towels). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own breakfast and to make you feel as much as possible comfortable as if you were at your home. Consisting of two (2) bedrooms, one (1) bathroom with shower, can accommodate up to six (6) people (one double bed, one sofa beds and half, and one sofa double bed). the entire flat is equipped with free Wi - Fi service and on request we can arrange hospitality for pets and a parking surcharge.
