The ideal place to spend your holidays in peace and relaxation, immersed in the green Tuscan hills, but not far from the city centre. It's a great place to stay, as it is so near to major historic towns, the sea, lakes and mountains; or indeed scenic walks, bike riding or horse riding. There are two separate houses available, both well-equipped and furnished, and with an equipped area outside too. Property has a swimming-pool (8,5 meter x 4,5 meter) surrounded by 900 m² of enclosed and equipped garden with garden parasols, deckchairs, shower and playground for children.

Animals and dogs of all sizes are welcome at all times of the year.

A house for 4 people made up of a large living area with corner-kitchen, dining-table, wood oven and sofa; spacious double bedroom; small bedroom with bunk bed; bathroom with shower.
Outside area with garden and gazebo for dining and enjoying splendid sunsets; at the back of the house there is a washing area and clothes lines.
The house has its own garden equipped with sun-loungers, barbeque, table and chairs for dining outside and a parking area. Inside the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, electric oven, toaster, steak-pan, blender as well as all standard kitchen equipment.
There is also central heating.

Where we are

Take the “Lucca Est” exit and follow the direction for “Camaiore” SP1 (blue signpost).
Coming off the motorway go straight for “Lucca center/Camaiore”; cross the railway bridge; second exit at the roundabout (on your right there will be the Lucca walls). At the fifth traffic-lights bear left towards “Camaiore”, you will then have to turn left, then right after 100 meter, and after 800 meter left again at the stop sign. Cross the bridge over the River Serchio and keep bearing right, following the signs for “Camaiore”. Keep going for about 3 km and you will find a sign for “Località CAPPELLA”. Continue straight ahead for another km until you see a bar, a post office and a small grocery store on your left and a parking area on your right. Turn right towards the hill and the house will be on your right after a km.
